Workshop Details
• Duration: Up to 3 hours
• Format: One-to-one, in-person session
• Location: My home studio in Dublin (exact address provided upon booking)
• Includes: Coffee and a relaxed chat to discuss all things film photography. Additionally, your film will be scanned in high resolution.
What You’ll Learn
• Properly loading your film into a development tank
• Mixing and handling development chemicals safely
• Understanding development times and temperatures
• Identifying and acquiring the necessary equipment for home development
• Troubleshooting common issues in film processing
By the end of the session, you’ll have the confidence and knowledge to develop your own black and white negatives at home.
Prerequisite
To get the most out of this workshop, please ensure you have exposed (shot) a roll of black and white film (not C41) before attending. This will allow us to focus entirely on the development process during our session.
